Job Posting: Arsenal Pulp Press Seeks Full-Time Production Manager

July 2nd, 2015

Arsenal Pulp Press of Vancouver seeks a full-time production manager to oversee the design and production of its printed and digital books and other materials. Duties include the co-ordination of all aspects of production; the design of book covers and interiors, catalogues, and advertisements; the formatting and creation of .epub and .mobi files for ebook production (knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred); and working with freelancers and printers. Applicants should be outgoing, self-motivated, open-minded, and compatible with our indie-press style. Proficiency in Creative Suite (Mac and/or PC, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Acrobat Pro, is a plus, as is previous experience in book production.
