UBC Press

UBC Press is the largest scholarly press in western Canada. Since its establishment in 1971, it has published close to 1,000 titles and currently publishes 60 to 65 titles per year. The Press publishes books on First Nations culture politics and linguistics, Canadian history, environmental history and policy, resources, Canadian politics, globalization, multiculturalism, urban planning, and Asian studies. It publishes a number of important series, the largest of which is Law and Society, which explores the intersection of legal and social issues.

As a trade association the ABPBC works to support its members through advocacy, marketing, promotion & awareness and business development.
