ABPBC and Creative BC Launch Book Sector Profile for British Columbia

November 10th, 2015

The Association of Book Publishers of BC and Creative BC are proud to launch Reading the Tea Leaves: A Book Sector Profile for British Columbia. Prepared by Susan Renouf and Tricia McCraney, this sector profile provides compelling evidence of the stability of BC’s publishing community as well as the challenges we face. It demonstrates our strong commitment to BC and Canadian stories and our ability to take these stories to the world in print and digital formats. Lastly, it provides recommendations to build and grow our sector, which the Association of Book Publishers of BC looks forward to pursuing with our library, bookstore and government partners.
