Job Opportunity: Self-Counsel Press Seeks Publisher

Self-Counsel Press, established in 1971 and head-quartered in North Vancouver, is seeking a new Publisher. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Please apply if you have substantial, demonstrable experience in:
Book acquisitions, from concept to contract
Managing an editorial and production team
Experience in the administration of publishing and relevant technologies – business and/or legal publishing is a plus
Other valuable skills and assets would include:
Experience with ebooks
At least a basic understanding of web technologies (minimum: html/css)
You will work in a small management team, at a 44-year-old nonfiction publishing house, and be able to make a significant contribution to building and evolving the business.
